A collection of Email related utilities.
The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

SendEmailWithNames
Sends a text or HTML email via the given SMTP server or a default one. Returns OK or Error: explanation. -
IsValidEmail
Returns true if the given email address corresponds to a valid account, false if address is not valid or Error: ... if the address could not be checked. -
GetServicesTests
Built-in diagnostics - This method a reduced or completed suite of tests on all web services included in this module. For each test run, the method returns a description of the test, its expected behaviour and actual behaviour or result. -
SendEmailWithSmtpResult
Sends an email and returns the results log directly from the SMTP server. -
SendEmail
Sends a text or HTML email via the given SMTP server or a default one. Returns OK or Error: explanation. -
SendCompleteEmailWithAttachUrl
Sends a text or HTML email via the given SMTP server or a default one with attachment getted from given URL (if any). Reciptients are in "Name <Email>" format and semicolon separated. Returns OK or Error: explanation. -
IsValidPassword
Takes an email address and password and validates the password against the user's POP server. If the password is correct, the method will return OK, if not it will return an error code. -
GetSMTPServer
Returns the name of the SMTP server for a given domain (or Error: ... if server name cannot be retrieved). -
GetServicesStatus
Built-in diagnostics - This method runs a the quick tests suite to determine if the module is up and running properly. This method is normally used by automatic tools (like OpenView or WhatsUp) to monitor the services. The service returns true if everything works fine. -
SendEmailWithNamesAndEncoding
Sends a text or HTML email via the given SMTP server or a default one. Returns OK or Error: explanation. -
SendCompleteEmail
Sends a text or HTML email via the given SMTP server or a default one with attachment (bytes) if any. Reciptients are in "Name <Email> " format and semicolon separated. Returns OK or Error: explanation.
